Fried Mac & Cheese

Fried Mac & Cheese has always been a restaurant favorite of mine for a long time. I love the Cheesecake Factories Fried Mac & Cheese and have wanted to make my own version for awhile. I was in the kitchen looking in the pantry looking to see what I should make next, then Bam, the noodles was sitting there glowing, thats when I knew what I was going to make. Heres How

Fried Mac & Cheese from Gaytha Stewart

Here’s what you will need:
1 Box Macaroni Noodles
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Package Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 Package Velveeta Cheese Slices (or half a block)
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Bread Crumbs
Seasoning (I used 1 tbs lawrys & 1 tbs Adobo) for the Mac

IMG_0028IMG_0024First Cook the noodles until al dente

 

 

Next,  Mix in Cheeses, Seasonings, Cream Cheese, & Cream and stir until cheeses are melted.

Next, Spread the cooked Mac & Cheese into a cake pan and place in refrigerator until cooled.

 

Take the cooled Mac & Cheese and spoon and shape into balls

 

 

IMG_0034IMG_0033Next, Place the Balls into a muffin pan and freeze.

 

 

Next Take the Milk and Eggs and whisk together.

 

 

 

IMG_0039Take the Frozen Mac & Cheese balls and dip into Egg Mixture, Then dip into bread crumbs

IMG_0042Last take the Balls and carefully put into deep fryer and fry until golden brown.
