Ok, so anytime that I have friends over for a casual movie night or a party for work, Rotel dip has always been a easy, quick fix. It’s literally only 3 ingredients and bam you have a knockout dip. Some people make it with only 2 ingredients, Im from the south, give me some meat honey! Heres how to make this no fail dip. Literally if you fail, you don’t need a kitchenΒ just being honest!
Heres what you will need:
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 block Velveeta cheese (not the off brand, trust me its WAYYYY to salty!)
1 package of sausage
First, Cook and drain your sausage
Next, cut the cheese into squares
Then, set your crockpot temp to high, add the cheese, sausage and can of Rotel tomatoes with juice, stir occasionally until cheese is fully melted then set temp to low or simmer.
Be careful, make sure to stir & do not leave it on high, it will burn on the bottom very quickly.
Tip Alert: add a little cream cheese for a creamier dip.
