Pinwheels are such a quick and easy fix that can take a boring lunch, or get together platter of sandwiches to a “wow” these are good and look amazing! Presentation can really take time and effort when you want to show off your hosting skills, thankfully these quick & easy pinwheels won’t take much time but have a great impression. I made them with cajun chicken & Colby jack cheese, but you can easily change that to any deli meat & cheese (roast beef & provolone, Ham & cheddar, Turkey & pepper jack, the possibilities are just endless hunni!)
